Logistics and Scheduling Coordinator

Flagpoles Etc. is searching for a full-time Project and Delivery scheduler to help us provide unparalleled support to our crew and customers. You will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining schedules for installations, services and deliveries.

Monitor and process project progress. Make changes, advise team and customers of updates and delays.

• Provide scheduling support to crews in the field.
• Deliver customer service of the highest quality.
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve each customer’s experience.

• Able to provide 3 professional references
• Customer Service experience.
• PROFICIENT in outlook, excel, and Microsoft office
• Must have GREAT phone etiquette and skills.
• Efficient in grammar and communication.
• Typing test required. Must type at least 40 wpm
• Have a good sense of direction - as you will be mapping out jobs all over the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
