Flagman Telecom is looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves assisting customers over the phone and via email, resolving service and billing inquiries, and providing basic technical support.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, able to communicate clearly with customers, and capable of learning new systems quickly. The candidates should be tech-savvy and confident working with business software and online systems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Assist customers with billing, service questions, and basic technical issues
- Send and manage professional business emails
- Track and update customer requests using internal tools
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service
- Complete internal tasks or assignments from management, especially those aimed at improving systems or operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently without constant supervision
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Armenian is a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid work permit
