Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones
- Control traffic flow and ensure public safety
- Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting
- Mentor newer crew members and help drive site efficiency

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Prior experience in traffic control or construction flagging (certification preferred, but not required — we will train and certify)
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles/day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong safety mindset, teamwork, and reliability
