This is a 6-month contract opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team for our client!Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday- Fully Onsite)Location: Pico Rivera, CA (Onsite)Duration: 6-Month ContractCompensation: $32-$36/hourSummary: We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our Pico Rivera location. This high-level recruiting role requires a hands-on professional with proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within manufacturing and distribution environments. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has a strong understanding of high-volume, hourly, and salaried recruiting, and thrives in a fast-paced, on-site setting.Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions within manufacturing and distribution.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and develop sourcing strategies.Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.Conduct interviews, coordinate onsite visits, and facilitate candidate evaluations and selection.Provide on-site recruiting support to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.Collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet staffing needs and maintain headcount goals.Track and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.Assist with recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring trends and talent market conditions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within manufacturing or distribution required.On-site recruiting experience in a production or warehouse environment required.Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver results in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ATS platforms.
