Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to support our Tooling Department. This role is responsible for programming numerous CNC milling machines with Horizontal ad Vertical Axis, contributing directly to the creation and improvement of the tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC mills to machine prototype molds and aluminum tools
- Machine vacuum forming patterns and tooling components
- Modify, repair, or enhance existing tooling for production
- Support production maintenance by manufacturing or repairing CNC machine parts
- Ensure CNC mills remain well-maintained and operational
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-based manufacturing environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong CNC programming skills (CAM software, PowerMill preferred)
- Experience with CNC vertical mills (Haas, Fadal preferred)
- Expertise in machining & metalworking
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Experience with vacuum forming processes and tooling production
- Troubleshooting ability for CNC-related issues
- Must be eligible to work and live in the USA
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, use hands to operate tools and machines, and perform physical activities such as climbing, kneeling, or crawling.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with regular lifting of lighter loads.
- Visual acuity requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
