What You’ll Do as a Client Service Associate:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing personalized support and guidance in person.
- Clearly communicate product features and service options to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and process customer inquiries, sales orders, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to broaden your skill set in sales, client relations, and customer engagement.
- Support customer acquisition efforts through territory-based outreach and face-to-face interactions.
- Participate in continuous training and development to enhance your knowledge and grow your career.
What We’re Looking For in a Client Service Associate:
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident speaking with people face-to-face.
