Job Responsibilities
- Deliver, unpack, and professionally install residential appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
- Complete proper water, basic electrical, gas, and vent connections in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable local codes.
- Safely remove and haul away old or damaged customer appliances.
- Provide outstanding white-glove customer service and answer customers’ basic questions about appliance operation.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous appliance installation experience required.
- Knowledge of residential appliance installation procedures and connections.
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances.
