What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager at Fla, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for both our customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Management: Lead and support our team by managing schedules, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone is set up for success.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff across our beach locations to ensure seamless operations.
- Inventory & Ordering: Keep our cafe stocked and ready by managing inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Training & Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Front-of-House Support: Step in to assist with front-of-house tasks as needed, ensuring customers have a great experience at both beach locations.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of skills, experience, and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and manage a team while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle challenges as they arise.
