Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Independent Contractors to join our network. As a contractor, you will provide essential roadside services to customers in need of assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, and more. You will be responsible for responding promptly to service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing high-quality, safe work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to roadside assistance calls within a timely manner.
- Provide emergency services including tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, lockouts, and basic mechanical assistance.
- Ensure that each service call is completed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and inspect your service vehicle and equipment regularly.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and report completion via our mobile platform.
Requirements:
- Must own a reliable service vehicle and the necessary tools for roadside assistance.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience in automotive repair, roadside assistance, or a related field is preferred. (Training available)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be physically able to perform roadside tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
Compensation:
- Pay is per completed service call.
