Job Summary:
The Executive Vice President is a core member of the company's leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and comprehensively assisting in the formulation and execution of the company's strategic goals. This position is responsible for coordinating cross-departmental operations, ensuring the implementation of the overall business strategy, and driving organizational efficiency, performance growth, and long-term development. The Executive Vice President must possess outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination abilities, serving as a key bridge between senior decision-making and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution and Business Planning:
Assist the CEO in formulating and executing the company's medium- and long-term strategic plans.
Analyze industry trends and market competition landscape, providing feasible suggestions for strategic decisions.
Drive the effective implementation and performance achievement of the company's strategy across all business units.
Operations Management and Organizational Optimization:
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient and standardized business processes.
Optimize resource allocation and promote cross-departmental collaboration and organizational structure upgrades.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve business results.
Finance and Risk Control:
Collaborate with the CFO to participate in the formulation of the annual budget and financial planning.
Supervise cost management and investment effectiveness to ensure financial health.
Identify and manage business risks and develop response strategies.
Team Leadership and Corporate Culture Building:
Lead and guide senior executives across departments to strengthen goal management and execution.

Job Requirements:
Master's degree or above in management, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
At least 15 years of corporate management experience, including at least 5 years of senior management experience.
Successful track record in strategic planning, corporate operations, and organizational management.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making execution skills.
Sensitive to financial indicators, with strong business acumen and risk awareness.
Fluent in English, with an international perspective and cross-cultural management experience, is preferred.
