Duties and Responsibilities:
- WILLINGNESS AND ABILITY TO TRAVEL UP TO 50% OF THE TIME.
- Work in a team of 2-4 crew members in the build-out of light commercial/retail renovation projects when traveling and in the manufacturing plant in Baxter when not traveling.
- Work Safely and in accordance to local, state and federal safety standards.
- Work flexible hours for on-time completion of projects.
- Complete required documentation of time an work completed.
- Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized.
- Properly service an maintain all equipment.
Qualifications: LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF BAXTER TN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE!*
- Some experience reading construction drawings and laying out work from blueprints very helpful.
- Ability to listen to and follow direction from Crew Leader.
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
- 1-2 years of experience in preferably more than one of the following: basic carpentry, drywall, basic electric, basic plumbing, flooring,
- Valid Driver's License a plus.
- Ability to travel.

Physical Requirements: * Physically able to perform normal construction activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 15-50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to lift 51-90 lbs. occasionally.
