- Installing ceiling fans.
- Troubleshooting basic electrical issues.
- Replacing lightbulbs.
- Carpentry:
- Repairing or replacing trim, baseboards, and molding.
- Hanging doors and adjusting door hardware.
- Repairing or building simple shelves.
- Repairing decks and fences.
- Drywall:
- Patching holes and cracks.
- Minor drywall repair.
- Texturing.
- Painting:
- Interior and exterior painting.
- Touch-up painting.
- Caulking.
- General Maintenance:
- Gutter cleaning.
- Weather stripping.
- Assembling furniture.

Home Improvement and Installation:
