Remote | Full-Time | $96,000–$110,000 Base Performance Bonus

Overview:

FixedOPS Marketing is looking for a strategic, self-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead and own our lead-generation engine. This high-impact management role focuses on creating demand through content, campaigns, and digital engagement, especially on social media. Your efforts will generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads for our Sales team and drive measurable growth.

This is not a task-level role. It’s for someone who can independently develop and execute demand strategies, create compelling content, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B marketing background, particularly in lead generation and campaign execution, with a data-driven approach to optimizing performance.

This is a remote position—reliable internet and strong self-direction are essential. All necessary equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Strategy & Execution Ownership

  • Design and implement a full-funnel demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth through content, organic social, paid media, SEO, and outbound marketing.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, such as MQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals and customer needs.

Create Engaging Content That Converts

  • Write and develop original content, including social media posts, lead magnets, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Lead creative ideation and content direction for campaigns across digital channels.
  • Partner with the Design and Marketing teams for visual assets, while independently creating and managing written content.

Build & Optimize Campaigns

  • Launch and manage campaigns via HubSpot and other tools to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Use A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop impactful nurture programs to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Create re-engagement campaigns tailored to various stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions throughout the customer lifecycle.

Analyze, Report & Improve

  • Own performance tracking—analyzing MQLs, CPL, pipeline influence, and social media engagement.
  • Optimize conversion rates and lead flow through segmentation, lead scoring, and targeted outreach.
  • Present insights to leadership and adjust strategies for continuous growth.
  • Stay up to date on demand generation and marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

What You Bring:

Required

  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
  • Expertise in digital and social demand generation strategy, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid social.
  • Strong original content creation skills—capable of writing ads, emails, campaign copy, and Sales collateral independently.
  • Proficient with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lead scoring, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, and confident in leading projects independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience creating MQL-to-SQL pipeline strategies in remote SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Ads, Canva, or light video editing tools.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Automotive or dealership marketing experience.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with a results-focused mindset.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across departments.

  • Compensation: $96,000–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to marketing-qualified leads and pipeline growth.
