Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective and existing clients, assessing their credit needs, and offering tailored credit repair solutions. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, explaining services and fees, managing client cases, and generating sales leads to contribute to company growth. This role requires a collaborative approach to maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets while providing key educational insights into credit improvement and financial literacy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
- Understanding of Credit Reporting, Credit Restoration, and Financial Literacy
- Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer literacy
- Prior experience in credit consulting or financial services is a plus
