Role Description

This full-time, on-site Body Shop Manager role is based in Naples, FL. As the Body Shop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing workshop processes, coordinating repair schedules, supervising team performance, and ensuring exceptional aftersales service. You will also be responsible for maintaining operational efficiencies and fostering clear and effective communication across teams and with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Body Shops and Workshops management, including oversight of repairs and operations
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to foster positive customer relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and clients
• Knowledge of Aftersales services and the ability to implement strategies to drive team performance
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
• Experience in managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and meeting quality standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in automotive, management, or a related field
