Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Maple Grove, MN. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Responsibilities include developing tailored treatment plans, overseeing rehabilitation programs, providing patient education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality care. The role also requires documenting patient progress and adapting treatments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy practices, Rehabilitation techniques, and Patient Care
- Experience with Medicine and understanding of anatomy and physiology as they relate to physical therapy
- Ability to provide high-quality Home Care services when applicable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (Minnesota) and CPR certification
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation
