- Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales and performance goals
- Maintain professionalism, communication, and follow-through throughout the customer journey
Required
- 1 year of residential plumbing experience
- Great sales experience with proven record
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
- 1 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
