- The "Bondo" Master: Heavy experience in metal finishing, dent repair, applying body filler, and blocking panels to perfection.
- Production Mindset: Ability to produce clean, straight, and accurate work fast.
- Experience with plastic repair and medium-hit panel manipulation.
- Must possess your own tools and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
