Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Director to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in plant reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all plant equipment and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and reliability engineering.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
