Role Description This part-time Social Media Manager role is a hybrid position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms to showcase Fivio & Co.’s luxury dining and nightlife experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, coordinating photo and video assets with internal teams and external partners, and engaging with followers through comments and direct messages. The role also involves monitoring trends, tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, and collaborating with marketing and operations to support promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow audiences, drive engagement, and support brand visibility.
- Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills, including the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging and adapt tone for different platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact professionally with online communities.
- Experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social campaigns is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and occasionally attend on-site events in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
