Job Description — Lawn & Landscape Crew Member

Five Star Lawn and Snow LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our property maintenance crew.

This position will primarily involve commercial and residential lawn maintenance, with opportunities to continue into fall cleanups and winter snow removal.

Job duties include:

• Operating commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers
• String trimming, edging, and blowing off properties
• General landscape and property maintenance
• Fall leaf cleanups
• Loading/unloading and maintaining equipment
• Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
• Snow and ice removal during the winter season
• Working independently or alongside other crew members as needed

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can be counted on to show up every scheduled day. Our crews work independently throughout the day, so reliability and the ability to stay productive without constant supervision are very important.

Commercial lawn care experience is preferred, especially experience operating stand-on or zero-turn mowers, but we are willing to consider someone with a strong work ethic who is willing to learn.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable operating lawn and landscape equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
