Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Surface Grinder Operator to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio.
Hours: 1st Shift M-F 7-3:30p, some OT as required
Pay: $18-21, depending on experience

- Setup & operate grinding machinery :Calibrate grinding wheels, adjust settings while operating the machine to produce smooth, flat, and highly accurate surfaces on steel, carbide and similar metals.
- Apply a keen eye for precision: Utilize blueprints to ensure pieces follow guidelines along with inspect parts using various measuring tools to ensure top-notch accuracy.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of manufacturing experience, previous machinist/tooling experience preferred
- Strong shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions & tolerance.
- Proficiency in reading Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing.
