At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be to:
- Operate power equipment such as saws and nail guns
- Follow instructions and verify that complete contents of an order are there before packing
- Adherence to a strict schedule to ensure all customer orders are on time
- Use independent judgement to prioritize packaging orders
- Work in a time sensitive, fast paced environment
- Safely operate a tow motor and other electric vehicles
- Work individually, and as part of a team
- Use overhead cranes to lift, move, and manipulate larger parts
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Strict adherence to quality standards and ability to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or construction is preferred
- Ability to read tape measure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast learner with a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions
- Experience using a tow motor is preferred
- Highschool/GED
