Position Summary
Operations Manager Position
Duties include: Primary responsibility for performance to budget and timing during all phases of projects by developing and managing budgeting and budget execution with a focus on project costs and margins. Provide expertise in the standards and specifications for the design of hardware and software. Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings, pneumatic drawings, and mechanical sequence of operations. Utilize critical thinking skills to define problems, collect data, and formulate effective solutions to issues in a timely fashion. Ensure/ program the training for controls software and hardware engineers. Aid the customer and improve customer satisfaction through routine and regular communication. On larger projects, report to Fives DyAG management on progress, timing, and critical issues of all projects. Coordinate as required with end user facilities for sales activities, customer meetings, and project activities. Drive profitable growth and ensure implementation of world-class engineering techniques, creating value-added offerings for our customers, and a drive for flawless execution of projects and delivery to customers. Communicate, collaborate, and share best practices across all Fives DyAG offices.
This Position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 5 years of experience.
