We’re looking for a Manual Finish Grinder who takes pride in doing things right; someone who enjoys seeing the direct results of their work and wants to grow in a company that is willing to invest in their future.
What You’ll Do:
- Grind synthetic diamond material to create high-precision cutting tools.
- Monitor machines and make fine adjustments to achieve exact dimensions and surface finishes.
- Perform shop math (standard and metric) to calculate dimensions.
- Inspect each tool using optical comparators and precision gauges to ensure top quality.
- Verify finished parts to meet customer print specifications.
- Maintain safety, quality, and production standards using proper tools and procedures.
What You Bring to the team:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Shop math skills and attention to detail
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow
- Technical school or shop experience a plus
