What You’ll Do:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC Grinders to manufacture precision components.
- Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling, load materials, and operate grinder.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Conduct detailed inspections of CNC precision-ground components using various measuring tools to verify geometry and ensure conformance to design specifications.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNC experience (grinders, mills and lathes)
- 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Programming experience (knowledge of G&M code)
- Shop math skills (standard & metric)
- Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision
