What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Traveling Full Service Representative (Hire Ahead), Southeast Texas position at FivePoint Credit Union?
**The Traveling FSR is responsible for filling staffing needs at the following locations: Port Arthur, Beaumont, Lumberton, Nederland, Bridge City, and Orange.**
Candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45am - 6:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am - 1:30pm
Normal schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays 8:45am-1:30pm
Professionally assists and serves members in a wide range of services. This position will travel as an FSR/Teller to any FivePoint Branch. Interviews, takes applications, and prepares loans for credit approval. Completes loan processing, servicing, and disbursements as needed. Responsible for performing a variety of member services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing term share accounts and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers member questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Attends to telephone inquires and transactions for members.

Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
General knowledge of financial products and services.
Understanding of loan interview procedures.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Good organization skills and attentive to detail.
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including 10-key and telephone.
Proficient typing/data entry abilities.
TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
FINGER DEXTERITY:Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
REPETITIVE MOTION: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
