Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and make them feel at home
- Manage waitlists using POS (Point of Sale) systems to optimize seating efficiency
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in the host station and waiting areas
- Answer guest inquiries promptly, providing information about menu items or restaurant policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle busy periods with efficiency and grace while maintaining attention to detail
