Job Title: CARDIOLOGY NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Company Background:

• Five Towns Heart Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with CARDIOLOGY EXPERIENCE with excellent clinical, intravenous skills , EKG interpretation and experience in both outpatient setting and stress testing .Full time or part time. NP or PA has to travel to a number of satellite locations. One location per day. Reliable vehicle is required. Locations are within 5 boroughs of NY, but mostly in Queens. Traveling allows for some flexibility in the schedule. This is a cardiology service with satellite locations, so TRAVEL IS REQUIRED. We offer excellent compensation and a completable benefit package. If one prefers working on a per diem or wants to work as an independent provider , it is also an option. Spanish speaking or any other bilingual provider preferred preferred.

Position Overview:

• Five Towns Heart Imaging is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience providing cardiovascular care. We offer excellent pay. Full time. Bilingual Spanish or Urdu is preferred. Different shifts (8 to 12 hour shifts, some weekends)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of NY
• Master's Degree
• 4 years clinical experience providing cardiovascular care to patients
• Excellent clinical and patient service skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm to use new technology to deliver higher quality, more personal care
• Can seamlessly shift from the clinical ‘day to day’ to designing and improving new processes and systems
• Passion for making healthcare better - more accessible, higher quality, and more efficient

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will cardiovascular care to on-site clinics by conducting physicals, answering health related questions and ensuring an excellent and consistent patient experience through team based care
• Conduct stress testing in cardiac PET-CT which involves EKG interpretation and IV placement
• Help improve patient education about cardiovascular disease and risk factors stratification.
• Work hand in hand with Operations, Product Development, and User Experience to improve on our systems and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
