Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

• Professionally greet visitors following security protocol - signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals
• Maintain visitor and contractor control logs
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, deliver messages with polite professionalism
• Use Microsoft Outlook to maintain conference room calendars and send calendar invitations for events
• With approval, create and publish corporate announcements to social media
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc.
• Perform routine errands as needed, including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations
• Execute employee morale programs such as birthday gifting, corporate giveaways, and life event gifting
• Coordinate business lunches and plan corporate events
• Assist with set up and tear down of on-site meetings and events
• Edit and proofread documents
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in customer service and guest relations
• Must have a valid driver's license
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva and social media platforms
• Experience in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including light cleaning and sanitation tasks
