Five Star Wheels and Tires is a busy, established auto repair shop looking for an experienced Service Advisor — not entry-level, not retail customer service.
This role requires real-world experience in an auto repair shop, communicating with technicians, diagnosing customer concerns, and ordering the correct parts from the right suppliers based on price and delivery time.
If you have not worked in an auto repair or body shop before, this role is not a fit.

Pay & Growth Path
Starting pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Performance review within the first 60–90 days

What You'll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
- Speak directly with customers to understand vehicle issues and explain repair recommendations clearly
- Translate customer concerns into accurate repair orders for technicians
- Communicate constantly with mechanics regarding diagnostics, labor, and timelines
- Order parts from approved suppliers, comparing price, availability, and delivery speed
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, estimates, and job flow
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Maintain honesty and transparency with customers at all times
This is a hands-on, decision-making role at the center of shop operations.

REQUIRED Experience (Please Read Carefully)
Applicants must have ALL of the following:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer in an auto repair or body shop
- Experience ordering automotive parts from suppliers (not just counter sales)
- Experience communicating directly with technicians about diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to handle multiple vehicles and customers in a fast-paced shop environment
Retail, call center, hotel, or general customer service experience alone does NOT qualify
