Experienced Cleaning Contractor (1099) – On Call
Five Star Turnover LLC is seeking experienced independent cleaning contractors for on-call work servicing vacation rentals (Airbnb turnovers) and office/commercial properties.
This is a 1099 contractor position for cleaners who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while delivering 5-star quality results in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform Airbnb/vacation rental turnovers (same-day, fast-paced)
- Clean office and commercial spaces
- Make beds hotel-style and stage properties
- Follow detailed checklists and company standards
- Restock supplies (toiletries, linens, paper goods)
- Take before & after photos of all jobs
- Report damages or maintenance issues
Schedule
- On-call / as-needed
- Must be available:
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Peak turnover hours (11 AM – 3 PM typical)
- Some jobs may be same-day or short notice
Job Availability & Acceptance
- Jobs are offered on an on-call basis
- Contractors may accept or decline jobs based on availability
- Must respond promptly to job offers
- Priority is given to contractors who are reliable, responsive, and consistently accept jobs
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
