This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for those who already operate their own cleaning service or are looking to expand their client base.
Position Overview
We’re seeking professional, detail-oriented cleaners to partner with Five Star Turnover LLC for Airbnb and vacation rental cleanings. Contractors are paid per property and can accept or decline jobs based on availability.
Scope of Work
- Perform full Airbnb turnovers, including linen changes and restocking essentials.
- Ensure each property is guest-ready and meets quality standards set in the work agreement.
- Upload before/after photos to verify completed work.
- Report any damages or missing items to the coordinator.
- Travel up to 45 minutes from Wilmington, DE for assigned properties.
Requirements
✅ Must operate as an independent contractor and complete a W-9 form.
✅ Willing to get general liability insurance and be willing to add Five Star Turnover LLC as an additional insured.
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✅ Must provide your own cleaning products and equipment.
✅ Must have a smartphone for photos and communication.
✅ Weekend and on-call availability preferred.
Compensation
Paid per property/turnover, rates vary by property size and service level.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
