The Opportunity
Pay Range: $18.70-$23.70
The Maintenance Technician Position is part of the Facilities Team. The Maintenance Technician maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
What You’ll Do
- Preparing Residents Rooms for new occupants
- Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community.
- Performing routine cleaning.
- Using and maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
- Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.
- Responsibilities include customer service, resident safety, maintenance, and communication.
What You’ll Bring
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens.
- Familiarity with the TELs system a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of similar experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
