The Opportunity
Five Star Senior Living is actively seeking a Bartender. As the Bartender you will mix, garnish, and serve beverages and food to residents. We are seeking are friendly, highly organized and proactive professional who will perform efficiently and have exceptional customer service skills.
What You’ll Do
Promote Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Clean glasses and bar utensils.
- Maintain inventory counts before and after a shift.
Create an Inviting Atmosphere
- Build a rapport with residents to create a positive atmosphere.
- Make suggestions based on resident tastes and preferences.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Education
- High school diploma.
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required based on state requirements.
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
