As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with a variety of requests and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet all guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor upon arrival and during their stay.
• Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and itinerary planning.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the city’s events, restaurants, and entertainment options.
• Coordinate guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., flowers, theater tickets, spa appointments).
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the highest levels of service are maintained.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a Concierge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for multitasking.
• Thorough knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment venues.
• Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
