Maintenance Desk Receptionist

Assist customers and clients with their rental properties and homeowner’s associations, troubleshoot maintenance issues, inspecting properties, and coordinate maintenance facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails with quality customer service and professionalism
• Troubleshooting maintenance issues
• Assigning out unresolved service issue
• Coordination with vendors to ensure timely resolutions
• Interacting with owners and residents
• Maintaining and updating our workflow standard process
• Ensuring compliance for homeowner’s associations
• Working with accounts receivable and payable
• Working with financial reporting
• Inspection of properties for damage

Wages

• Team members with limited experience can make $13-15 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
• This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule

Multiple positions available for work during normal business hours, 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
