Responsibilities
Track Attendants and Ride Operators are responsible for:
- Operating go-kart tracks and amusement attractions safely
- Ensuring all ride safety procedures and rules are followed
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly attitude
- Providing excellent customer service and guest interaction
- Monitoring ride areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Answering guest questions about rides, pricing, and park attractions
- Assisting with birthday parties, group events, and scheduled activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized attraction area
- Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
- Creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Must be 16 years or older
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced amusement park environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Background check may be required
