Job Summary:
Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Brand Manager to oversee marketing initiatives across multiple brands and locations. This role focuses on two key areas: leading all email and SMS marketing efforts across Five Star brands and serving as the marketing lead for the tourism market. The ideal candidate combines creativity, organization, and data-driven insight to strengthen brand engagement company-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Email & SMS Marketing
- Lead all customer communication through email and SMS platforms across Five Star brands.
- Manage content calendars, campaign creation, segmentation, testing, and deployment.
- Use CRM and automation tools to segment audiences and personalize messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and conversion data.
- Ensure all email/SMS campaigns align with broader brand and promotional strategies.
- Report on campaign performance, trends, and KPIs monthly and quarterly; provide insights and recommendations to optimize messaging and ROI.
Brand Lead, Tourism Market
- Serve as the brand steward for five unique brands, ensuring alignment with company standards and market expectations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across eight locations.
- Collaborate with corporate leaders, Regional VPs, and General Managers to localize campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Direct creative development for marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external creative partners.
- Monitor marketing performance across the tourism market, interpret results, and present insights that inform strategic decisions and improve overall brand visibility and ROI.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in email/SMS marketing and multi-unit brand management.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
- Strong creative sensibility and eye for design.
