JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily Body Shop activities
- Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget
- Consult with guests regarding body repair needs
- Work alongside customer’s insurance agencies to produce accurate estimates
- Order parts needed for repair per estimate sheets
- Recruit and train body shop technicians
- Create work schedule and maintain proper accounting of Body Shop Technician’s productivity
- Ensure a safe working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Body Shop / Collision Management Experience Required
- 2-5 years proven results in a Collision Center setting preferred
- Understanding of insurance estimates and budgets
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships
- Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
