We are seeking a skilled and reliable 1099 Acrylic Bath Installer to join our team. This independent contractor role involves installing one-day acrylic bath products and related fixtures at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, plumbing, electrical work, and a variety of installation techniques. Experience with blueprint reading, schematics, and the use of hand and power tools is essential. Responsibilities
- Install acrylic baths, fixtures, and related components according to project specifications and schematics
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during installations
- Perform caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, and other finishing tasks to ensure a professional appearance
- Conduct construction inspection to verify quality standards are met throughout the installation process
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry standards
- Troubleshoot installation issues related to plumbing, electrical wiring, or structural components as needed
- Fabricate custom parts or modifications on-site when required for proper fit or function
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site work, including drywall, framing, or remodeling projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, caulking, fixture installation, and other relevant trades
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming equipment, welding gear, and heavy machinery operation preferred
- Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of installation work
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor while maintaining high-quality standards
- Valid
license or certification is advantageous but not mandatory depending on project requirements - Must have own tools and truck
