What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Clerk position at Five Star Hospitality Group?

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, and filing
-Breakfast area set up

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
