What You’ll Do
- Process purchase orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and operational materials
- Confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines before ordering
- Track open orders and ensure on-time vendor deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse for receiving and stocking
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and communication
- Support urgent and emergency material requests
- Ensure accurate documentation and system records
