The Marketing Coordinator is a creative production and project coordination role at the center of our marketing department.
You'll create marketing assets, maintain brand standards, support content production, coordinate campaigns, and help ensure projects move from concept to launch without missing a beat.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborates daily with marketing, operations, customer service, and field teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who can design a print piece in the morning, coordinate a campaign launch in the afternoon, and help support a photo shoot on Saturday when needed. No two days look the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.

What You'll Do
Creative & Design Production
- Design print materials including sales books, promotional cards, direct mail pieces, business cards, leave-behinds, signage, and advertisements
- Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the web team in Figma to support website updates and campaign launches
- Manage and maintain the company brand asset library, ensuring all teams have access to current and approved materials
- Support photo and video production through shoot coordination, on-site assistance, and post-production asset organization
- Own and maintain the marketing project board in ClickUp
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and task assignments across active campaigns
- Coordinate asset movement from brief to design to deployment
- Identify and communicate project bottlenecks before they impact deadlines
- Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service lines
- Maintain the marketing calendar and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or resource gaps
- Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and field teams to ensure campaign messaging and offers are aligned before launch
- Assist with membership enrollment and renewal campaigns
- Support content scheduling and publishing when needed
- Help ensure marketing initiatives are communicated clearly across departments
- Assist with planning and logistics for community and company events
- Coordinate vendor communications, event deadlines, materials, and commitments
- Support events such as King's Island promotions, Touch-A-Truck, Coffee Festival activations, and future marketing initiatives
- Ensure event details are organized, documented, and executed successfully
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, creative production, or marketing support role
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills across teams and departments
- Experience working within project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Experience producing both print and digital marketing assets
- Experience supporting photography or video production
- Experience working with retail, home service, or consumer-facing brands
- Familiarity with Figma and modern marketing workflows
