We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or related field
- One (1) year working in a home health setting is required
- Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
- Active PT license in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
