Job Duties:
- Basic carpentry
-Weed whacking and mowing
- Hot tub treatment/maintenance
-Basic property repairs and maintenance
General labor as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required Dependable transportation
Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift and work outdoors
Basic hand tool experience preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
