Five Star Ford Stone Mountain Service Department is hiring a Full Time Lot Porter
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive vehicles in Service Lane and install Seat Covers, Floor Mats and move vehicles out of lane as needed
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Director
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Bring vehicles around to customers at time of pickup,
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive and Shop.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
