This role is one of the most important when it comes to customer service. You will be the first person that our customers will see and therefore this is a vital role in the start of the excellent customer service we want to give our customers.
- Answer group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson Work cooperatively with all departments Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Other duties as assigned by accounting
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- HOURS: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-7:30pm Saturday 2:30pm-7:30pm or Monday-Friday, 7:45am-2:30pm Saturday 7:45am-2:30pm
