The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process including developing and executing strategies to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the company by overseeing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and selection, while ensuring positive candidate experience and aligning hiring needs with the company's overall business goals. This role directly manages the recruitment team, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with hiring managers and senior management to develop innovative sourcing strategies, maintain compliance with hiring regulations, and drive continuous improvements within the talent acquisition function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain regular and timely attendance as an essential function of the role.
Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, innovative hiring, and workforce planning.
Ensure full utilization of the ATS and recruitment technology to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Establish and monitor recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
Develop and implement the best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Maintain compliance with OFCCP and EEOC hiring regulations, ensuring all recruiting activities align with legal and ethical standards.
Partner with hiring managers and senior management to assess workforce needs and develop proactive staffing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, community organizations, universities, and other talent pipelines.
Lead the planning and execution of recruitment events, including job fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives.
Manage contracts and relationships with third-party agencies to ensure optimal recruitment support and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular audits of hiring practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and innovative hiring techniques.
Oversee the offer process, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation recommendations.
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with broader organizational goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within recruiting and talent development.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration preferred with 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience mentoring and leading a team.
Strong expertise in recruitment, best practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
Experience managing and developing a team.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
Work Environment:
This position requires frequent travel to field locations, hiring events, and meetings with hiring managers. The work environment may include office settings, recruitment fairs, and on-site visits at company locations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods during hiring events.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. as needed for event setup.
