Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Orchard Park, NY for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales of heavy equipment within a specified region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new client opportunities. The role includes conducting customer visits, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, providing product training, and collaborating with internal teams. Actively promoting the company’s portfolio of construction and forestry equipment will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong Communication abilities to present products effectively and build long-lasting relationships.
- Customer Service experience to address client needs and foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Experience in Training customers on equipment usage or technical aspects.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and remain results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the construction or forestry equipment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic IT skills is advantageous.
